Policies relating to promotion, Salaries are pathetic.There is no clarity in Policies. Almost 18-20 years many employees work on same designation on junior level. Senior management does not give emphasis on product development. Almost all companies products/ services performing poor. Revenue is generated only from 1-2 products & company is totally relying on that only.

Compensation is less when compared to market standards.it is impossible to get into next level with in 5 years after ur confirmation. Though sales pressure is less when compared to market peers, we can’t expect to get good grades during yearly review.

To be honest with FEEDBACK!! Everyone feel safe here as it is a small government body. But to earn revenue from market, company sell third party financial products which creates high pressure. Excellent works in training & development. As there are many people working at same designation where they joined earlier for 6-10 years, gives very less opportunity to grow here. If you're an MBA maybe it's not a good choice to join here, but if you're happy with 20k-25k-30k salary after giving 3 yr this corporation then it's good. Important: As this is a government corporation, don't think that you will enjoy, and nobody to tell you to work. You will find hard pressure sometimes if you're not supposed to sell insurance, SIP, MF, FD etc. Yes Job security is there but this is also exists at many private organisations as well.
