Very Nice work culture.. Company policies are also good and there is never delay in the salary. The company is ready to help the employees in any situation if need arises... Internal politics is there but my reporting manager & HR team is very supportive so my journey was quite smooth.

Dislikes

Little bit internal politics is there but that's very normal at any workplace. HR team is very supportive and always stand on humanitarian grounds. One can experience biasness in terms of promotion or growth rate but otherwise everybody stand to help each other.

Manager will say bad words in daily meeting who is short tempered & arrogant. Politics & favourism. No note pad/ diary , pens, markers will be provided. Food in the canteen is worst & no space in canteen. Lack of organised job responsibility. No snacks available. Drinking water providing without cleaning bottles. Manager continouosly changed, Senior peoples not supported, Office politics, Salaries are increased by looking at the face, Everything will happen in the minds of big people.. Example.. Bus route & basic things. Trouble pf security, Many more.
