I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. People who prefers to play safe can trust this workplace. Its highly unlikely that u r going to get laid off.

1. Micro management. Almost feels like a school... 2. Very low salary. Management & Team leads hired members more than their project required, resulting in spliting up budget... 3. Very low skilled team leads & senior members. Resulting in poor knowledge growth for juniors. 4. Though seniors & leads are low skills, their attitude and ego levels are high, they act as if they were the CEOs and COOs of the company. 5. Almost every team is worst. No flagship skilled team. Every team is low skilled. So newbies have to learn and upskill on their own, with no one's help & support. 6. Zero respect. 7. Easy projects. No tough projects. So hard to learn new stuffs. (If u are a person, who wants to be alone with noones help, learn stuffs and upgrade yourself in your free time. And u r expecting a safe place with low lay off rates.
