I resigned before covid

Dislikes

They are making people work round the clock, when it comes to increment, they are completely silent. When I resigned, they didn't gave me the increment amount which I'm supposed to get. HR side needs lots of improvement. In fact HR in Sterling Wilson is so poor. They must be ashamed of themselves for not even communicating to the people working for their organisation.

We often require to spend more time in site. But we learn something.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
