Never ever I will suggest anyone to Join Sterling, You can risk your life by Joining organization like this LALA company, Management is thief and think other people's are thief. They will give protection from Locals, but you have risk from Management only. I can't mention what they did with me but people can also chk review on twitter and other site for their review.

One challenge I have encountered at SEEPCO is logistic issue at well site.. Despite this I appreciate the company.

Company is very good his vision is very good. But management is very poor. Need to improve his Employment HR policy.

1-Working culture is very bad. 2-No medical facilities at site.3-No job security . 4- During Job continues wir no weekends. Our Job rotation 180/30 days, it's mean 180 day continues 12hr. Per day work . If you are sick take rest , that time management creating too much problems. 5- HR policy very bad.
