In a bigger setup you hardly get opportunity to interact with top management, here top management is directly involved in selection process and they do know most of the employees by name. By virtue of my profession and position I was given access to areas and information that are generally not accessible to everyone and I can confirm that SEEPCO is the only company that provides opportunity to learn and earn even to those who are rejected everywhere. Some people have the tendency to expect more and more without proving their worth. The culture we come from and part of which we bring is equally important, hence it is wrong to comment negative on company's work culture. Management here, especially COO and CEO is widely open to listen to individual employees but expecting your desired outcome is again wrong. 1.Travel Vehicle Facility was not satisfactory 2. Seniors were playing politics. 3 Working hours were 11 - 12 4 Salary delay for 3 month for every month.
