1. Learning Opportunities are good even if someone wants to go for specialized training. 2. Company Mgt. motivates you to take initiatives & ownership for certain projects which can go long way in developing leadership. 3. Even if someone wants to explore functions beyond their core & develop certain skillsets, company offers enough avenues for the same. 4. Though certain customer & project requirements can extend the working hours, the overall work-life balance on an avearge is still good. 5. During pandemic, there was no layoff or paycut. 6. 1. On some instances, employees need to look above their personal interests & tendency to work alone which otherwise hampers projects. 2. Things can be done to improve communication & teamwork. 3. Company mgt. can promote more team building activities.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
