Working at Stellantis is a great opportunity for the career starters, because the environment which Stellantis provides will gives you an ample amount of time to upskill ourselves.

Dislikes

Approx 90% of the employees working for Stellantis are not direct Stellantis employees, Stellantis outsource the employees from different Vendors like Alten, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra. Employee's feeling towards the loyalty will not be that good as they always plan to switch to different organization because of no promotions.

Don't join in Stellantis it will ruin your career, they don't have any proper planning how to involve the employee, first of all they hired you after few months they kicked you off giving some performance issue.

Mid level management, their attitude and politics. People lacking skills and potential have been promoted because they have few rare skills which is hard to find in genuine and honest employee and that is buttering, flattering. Going to office has become very hard for many employees because of the toxic work environment and is deteriorating day by day. Apart from some new learnings nothing much. And of course Jeep as a brand

The company doesn't have any defined process, in the name of Agile everything is messed up. No future outlook. Horrible product planning and marketing teams. Even after having an iconic brand like Jeep they don't even know how to position themselves in the market. Top management keeps bashing employees without any rhyme or reasons. No value for the work done.

Initially it was a great company to work in but after the management change things went down, the only good thing given by them was flexibility to work, but that has been taken away in recent changes of policy... No pay rise according to market standard ... Promotion without pay rise ... Working extra hours without pay.
