As a fresher, you can develop some skills in the initial days.

Dislikes

Have to do the same kind of job repeatedly which led me to saturation point. They won't disclose what you are doing, why you are doing and they won't allow you to work on your own methods. They have predefined methods for everything, you have to follow the same repeatedly. Everyone talks like a robot, even the office seems like working with robots. Nobody shows emotions on anything. Office politics were high. I have asked everybody and came to know that everybody dislikes working there. Only those who ambition less, doesn't care about life, like people feels like being there. If you don't want to achieve anything, just to chill in life, you're best suited for this company....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
