Nothing……no job security….politics….if you go to complain, people up to the management level are involved and severe mental harassment take place…..no one will help even HRs…..they will hire you on your technology but they will give you different technology. They mental harass girls too…taking a job here is a biggest mistake of my life.there is no good projects.

Their HR department is completely fake , in the beginning they will promise you that you will get 1 lakh bonus after 1 year and they do not give it after one year . HR paritosh dabral did same with me and while i was serving notice period they allocated me in project. Every single day changing the policies therefore employee getting deduction in salary during the joining they are commenting too much but afterwards they are not taking care of employees. They are terminating employees if single mistake make like you forget to punch ID card they will fire you. Higher management naver listening to anyone they are doing as they want.

Hire and Fire Policy. They hire and fire 20+ recruiters irrespective of their experience in 2023. Very poor incentive structure. No hold on their clients and put the blame on recruiters. Put recruiter under PIP for more than 1 year. Managers doesn't support their team just to save their chair. Whole team is under PIP and still manager receiving awards for performance.
