It is about the Baddi plant in Himachal pradesh. I worked here for 2.5 years.It is not so good for any freshers to learn & gather some knowledge. No one will help you in learning as a freshers. If you have the capability in self learning then only you can gather some knowledge. but one thing is that if you are lucky enough then you will get chance to learn from higher management (Plant head).

Dislikes

You will not get the chance to balance between work life & personal life due to huge work load. If you have family then it is not a place for you to work. Everyday there will be 12 hours duty and after that also you have to give some extra hours if management demands. But you will not get any benefit for that neither in terms of increment nor in terms of promotions. & if you just want to show your capability to do work/talent to your company then your job will come to termination and you will be kicked out of the company. For a freshers their career will be spoiled. Only if you have experience then you can survive for one year to two year....Read More

they don't have PF, Medical Insurance salary was never on time or fixed date. They dont have any specific designation for any one, if you have good relation with owners you can be VP or global group president without any knowledge.
