You will meet may be the best and the worst people at this place. The company culture is so casual, yes but coming on time is the only thing which has to be followed strictly. Good company for the people who has their god father. Very biased heads. Yet I manage to found some good people.

Dislikes

no job security no career growth, no appraisal, high level of politics. No one will ask you if you do not indulge in their poltics. NO VALUE OF EMPLOYEES. Left this organisation on right time. Hope rest of my friends who are stuck their wil find a way soon.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
