It's like dream come true for me when I selected for SISCOL. In terms of safety all are very much serious about Employee's health. Being here when we giving a proposal for any safety development or implementation our superiors come forward and make the thing happened. All co-workers are very supportive and friendly feels like our second home.

I am very happy with this company. Siscol family behaviour is very good. And all staff are helpful. In this company, if any problems the staff are take action immediately. This is too good I loved it ❤️ ( No issues about salary).

There is little leave and the employees money is deducted from both sides of the provident fund. 🙂

1. No work life balance 2. No decisions can be taken 3. Every one works in WhatsApp only. 4. No SOPs 5. HR policy is for only not providing the facilities. 6. No Medical Insurance for family 7. No LTC 8. No Weekly offs and No National Holidays. 9. Unnecessary daily meetings which inturns results nothing. 10. Working in this organisation is like working in pressure cooker.
