Company was good when it was under control of CMD

The CMD has now aged and no longer has control over the organisation.. And one senior person is engaging in unethical practices.. This situation appears to be beyond the control of even the CMD HR head is solely focused on pleasing the operation director, neglecting their core responsibilities. They are hiring loaders to load the material properly onto trailer in Project Manger role. There is no future in their Project Management Department.. They will deduct the salary without any prior information and they fail to achieve monthly target, Loss is project.....Read More

It's like dream come true for me when I selected for SISCOL. In terms of safety all are very much serious about Employee's health. Being here when we giving a proposal for any safety development or implementation our superiors come forward and make the thing happened. All co-workers are very supportive and friendly feels like our second home.

I am very happy with this company. Siscol family behaviour is very good. And all staff are helpful. In this company, if any problems the staff are take action immediately. This is too good I loved it ❤️ ( No issues about salary).

There is little leave and the employees money is deducted from both sides of the provident fund. 🙂

Company culture was not good at all.After resign company didn't give any F & F gratuity. So employees give resign after take salary on 12. So many employees facing this issue,A man who gave his 6 years giving notice period of 2 month but still company didn't give any F & F.so pathetic condition.Please Avoid if you join.You can contact old employee if this us fake honest review.
