Some few people are good but managment is very poor No professionalism.

Work load is not heavy kindly bearable But companies management is worst because no one is there to give recognition of your work and if you want leave for some days they excuse you that who do your work And Mr. HR terrible once you leave the organization no one there to help you. My last day in march but now September but no scope of Final settlement and no one give Resolution on thus matter also block your contact number as well. Board level management qualified and cultured but every employee could not reach them . Manager level persons have to deal with site management they cannot move up side to senior management this is the प्रॉब्लम.

I had worked as safety Head . Could not got any support from management there fore I resigned there are project Director .A.VP. and GM projects . I never got apperciation from them . Persons who are close with site management got good permotion some डिपार्टमेंट are totally ignored no इंक्रीमेंट no permotion except buttering people?
