I've been over 2 years and i can confidently say that this is a very one of the finest company in the market. The management, HOD and MD is always willing to go the extra mile to understand your needs and provide tailored recommendations. I have been working at Steadfast for 6 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The work culture here is incredibly supportive and encourages personal growth. The Director - Mr Aman Puri is approachable and values employees feedback which creates an environment where everyone is heard. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and learn and develop your skills. Additionally, the work life balance is commendable. - Joining this company means giving your all life rights to them - your life after office will also be not your life - toxic culture - nonsense way of doing task - mental pressure , either you do their way or go home - zero job security - very toxic boss , he literally abuse you and throw things on floor

Company new headquarter is far from my place motibagh, company wants me to come on time everyday from this far, company should provide free hotel stay for people like us coming from far or give me oyo residence stay with 3 times free meal and free transportation
