No support from the Managers, No motivation. If you are facing any issue they will not help you find a way to resolve it. No work life balance Strict timing Have to achieve daily parameters else it will be marked as LOP.

There is hardly much to like. The company isn't in a great shape tbh.

Dislikes

The payscale is very less, zero chance to develop skills. No chance of promotions. Plus, they are not transparent about their policies. They removed people by giving frivolous reasons of poor performance, while it was very clear that they lack the funds to sustain the business. Wouldn't recommend joining.

Work life can get messy. You have to take classes till 8:30 PM. Plus at times the parent calls get booked at odd timings such that you can't even have food in peace.
