Culture, people don’t improve the process. It’s like people are living in a bubble. Don’t join if you are going to work with people in US. I have seen people leaving everyday because of the culture. I am in notice period and still made to work overtime.

Honestly speaking although it might be a great brand to work for but it actually matters is people for whom you are working. I mean the management. There is no work life balance and too much stress. No doubt learning is there but again at the cost of what....more work pressure, job insecurity. Employees are threatened to be sacked for every small mistakes and are victimised. Management is always on look out for scapegoats to hide their faults....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
