Since it's a start-up most of the workload needs to be managed independently, facilitating a lot of opportunity for learning. According to me this company seems right for both fresher-level and experienced individuals because there's ample exposure and opportunities available.

Due to limited staff, the workload feels heavy, and the 11:30 am to 8:30 pm shift gets a bit fragmented, making it hard to adjust.

The CEO Varun Aggarwal is a narcissist person, uses abusive language and terrible words to employees. Shout at everyone for no reason, and doesn't behave properly with female employees as well.

I recently left StarClinch after 2 years of working there. While there were certainly some positive aspect to my time at the company, overall I found it to be a challenging experience. The workload often overwhelming and there was a lack of support system. Additionally, company culture is good, but sometime colleagues are not supporting. Ultimately, I decided to move on and find a new work place.
