My journey as a SEO specialist at StarClinch was challenging in the beginning. I struggle to understand my role and responsibilities, and my manager was constantly asking for results without giving me the time or resources to deliver them. I felt frustrated and demotivated and was considering leaving the company. However, I was fortunate enough to have the support of my HR manager Aaradhya. She took the time to understand my concerns and worked with me to create plan to improve my performance. She helped me identify the resources I needed to succeed, such as additional training materials and mentorship from other team members. Furthermore, she encouraged me to speak up and ask for help when I needed it, which made me feel more confident in my abilities. Aaradhya's support and encouragement made a huge difference in my ability to settle in and start contributing to the team.
