I like starbucks culture and it's good place for development also my district manager and ROM have awesome nature I like this they are always guiding me and every so that we are improving store performance and our development.

The managers are not fit enough , they are not letting the employees to go home on time,especially for girls. It's a 9 hours shift and we are going by 2 to 3 hours late
