Honestly nothing, the work culture is just so bad here. N especially there's no work life balance I would never suggest anybody to work here, many people at the higher level lack professionalism.

Dislikes

There's nothing in the company which I like, but what I hate the most is they do not care for female security as well they leave girls at late nights, although it could be particularly to my zone but still its concern. N ofc there's no work life balance, they won't approve your CLs or anything easily, you will literally have to beg them to.

Nothing is good in this company, worst culture, worst salary structure, the HR team is non co operative and the even cut your salary and incentive for nothing.

This company is doing fraud business in insurance Industry, they are just doing fraud with their customers and also with there employees, my biggest mistake i joined this company they paid my full and final settlement after 100 days, and also cuted unnecessary amount from my salary, this is bad organisation, i strongly refer please do not join.

You can see dislike in everything like reporting to area head manager call you 4 to 5 times daily 10am to 6pm(working hours) after 6pm you will have attended con call meeting in Google meet by 7pm to 9pm. If you miss any day attendence your regularisation will be reject by your senior, so that your salary can be cut, from this they think that employee will work hard. I have already lost 6 days salary. They will give p/day pressure for new business. Day night both. Means you can't survive 6 month here. If you want to join here then go but search another company too so that you have a back up after take pressure you will have to resign near by . The company is good in all respects. The salary comes on time. I never had to face any problem.

Whatever the problem was, it was that there was no schedule for the meetings, whenever the meeting felt like it, the online meeting would start, I personally did not find this method right and one more thing was putting pressure on the employees and increasing the workload.
