Since, SUD is a new and small company, thus higher management is inclusive, which makes learning experience more fruitful.

Dislikes

Age and gender dimension is more inclined towards 40+ years males, which sometimes act as a barrier in including new thoughts and way of working making it little out schooled. And work life balance is not promoted as it should be.

The company is good in all respects. The salary comes on time. I never had to face any problem.

Whatever the problem was, it was that there was no schedule for the meetings, whenever the meeting felt like it, the online meeting would start, I personally did not find this method right and one more thing was putting pressure on the employees and increasing the workload.

May be too comfortable sometimes. Needs a bit of fire and ambition to exploit the potential in the business, else growth constraints could impact sustainability of the organization.
