Probably the only company where you won't like anything about it. Absolutely worst.

Dislikes

Don't stick to the profile offered. No management help in case of a new hire. Reporting manager will never meet you. Even when you ask for help you will be told that you are on your own. Don't ever join Star Estate. They do illegitimate activity of sun brokering. You are supposed to onboard CPs and offer more brokerage but never gibe anything in writing. Horrible company.

Zero clarity of role. From owner to senior management, they encourage yoj to do immoral business. Steal leads from ex colleages in past developer organisations. Lure them with passback. Lure CPs with money and do illegal business

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
