There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I worked for almost an year at the company. I can surely say it completed all my expectations from a this job related to work environment, work culture, tech stacks being used, exposure that you get. A very good start for a beginner starting his/ her career.

List is quite long - poor work quality - no good projects for IT guys only copy paste. - salary is not as per standards. - senior management lacs decision making. - hire & fire policy.

My designation was HR Manager, but I am treated like some operation person, all manual work no software used, for hiring also they do not have any paid portal.
