First time in my career, I can't stop me for giving review about my experience. RSM East zone, ANIL AGARWAL is good for nothing. Being the RM of East, he is not responsible. Don't know how he is promoted to RM. He only knows whatsapp.morning whatsapp regarding number and evening why number not happened. He doesn't bother to call histeam members. Only blaming his team members in front of management. He is wearing 2 sided face mask. Every zone i.e. north,south,west is in growth. only East degrowth. Leadership qualities is lacking in him. He might be good sales person being marwari culture but doesn't deserve to be Boss. He only knows how to grow his patanjali family business. Nothing to do with Stanley. Doesn't know why top management is seems to be blind for him. Many team member resign during Anil tenure and it's continuous process. India management has a question ❓ India management are not responding your mail until and unless you involve global team in your mail. If you want salary then join this company and if you want MNC culture then avoid joining East Zone i.e. Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and North East. Anil agarwal will put you in front of management to face yourself. I handled team and I faced the management and Mr ANIL AGARWAL on behalf of my team. to achieve number you need to support your junior but Mr ANIL AGARWAL only send WhatsApp message. If you request him to speak with your top dealer, then his reply is ITS YOUR DEALER, U SPEAK urself. If you asked for Price support then his reply DONT GIVE PRICE TO DEALER. If you ask for marketing support or promotion item then his reply WHO WILL PAY FOR THESE SUFF. Are india SBD management is blind. Why they're not analysing the reason for many people leaving SBD under ANIL AGARWAL. He will speak with your junior without your knowledge. And blame you completely. Stanley hr management is always stand for employees but this company East region RM is not good and he always doing job from home but he used to travel under his leadership to other employees ....rm is not visit to his channel partners ...major dealers said new RM is doing like a third class

Dislikes

This company RM is not good and NSM is not focus on their employees and only listen to his RM word that's why long terms policy is not good
