Job security: job security here is 90% even if you are moderate performer no issue still your job is safe. No work life balance, whenever business requirements are there you still need to work for the business but no reward. They want their work to be done. You can learn a lot staff are very helpful. Additional learnings and all you've to learn.

No work life balance, Always push for their targets to achieve. No hikes. Lots of escalation, No customer centric

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
