Training is good. You just need to have some basic concepts cleares and thats it you can get in and just learn their.. its good company to start your career with. Good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is no job security. But yes if you are performig well then there is no issue. But if you are not benifial for the company for long period then you will be fired.
