Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

There is no job security. But yes if you are performig well then there is no issue. But if you are not benifial for the company for long period then you will be fired.

Company infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

Founder is not very supportive in terms of projects handling, no appreciation, no salary interment after working for 1 complete year, no incentives and bonus, no other company benefits, No work like balance i used to work untill from 9 :00 to 8:00pm.
