There is no job security, during lock down period, management tueminated us from jobs, now we are suffering with no salary. I don't know when these colleges will reopen, when I can join new college, HOD don't have humanity.

Dislikes

Working culture is not good, the settled faculty there, not allowing others to settle, no issues we can join any other college, but no college is opened now, feeling much tention as no job right now

No, during covid - 19 , they terminated from job, being single and self dependent lady, now I am suffering, and feeling much tention to maintain my self, I am staying in rental house, for rent payment also feeling tention. They are very cruel people
