Very Few good men left here.. Management is fine but middle management is like a virus.. HR is the most worst corrupt dumb man collects money from new joiners 20k and for getting relieved he demands 10 to 20k for verification at time of enquiry. Coming to procurement nothing is given on time and if arrives right thing never arrives due corrupt purchase guys. System will definitely change in future when the day HR and Procurement team changes... God only save new joiners....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. It's very good for freshers for learning purpura and all employees very cooperative to work. Basically our MD Sir and Management team is very good and Motivating person. Talking about Company it's very nice 👌.

Dislikes

Depends upon Sites because we are working in very remote area like Makalu Regina in Nepal and this Project is (ARUN III PROJECT 900 MW), that's why road was very bad condition in that time. Otherwise salary system is delaying in fast 3 mouths then after mouth salary is paying in time to time. If you can fast 3 mouth saying then no problem.
