You have to be Surrounded by non effective parameters set by inefficient non prominent HOD who are earning tonns of salary but still can not prove there profitability to be in this company though they are working for years in this company by making things complicated by himself that's how no one can take over these responsible easily. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
