I would say it's a good company. You can get enough time for your self so basically you can easily balance your professional and personal life and it's a big thing for me there is no work pressure. You'll easily manage all the things. Good and healthy environment for Working.

Dislikes

I wanted to grab more opportunities for myself and i felt that the procedure is quite slow for growing professionally in work and I started as a fresher so my 1st priority was learning and may be that's why I felt this but other then this all was good.

during my 4 years of article ship found company culture, good work satisfaction, excellent skill development, and learning opportunities. there was excellent team coordination and helping hand management. I really miss that period.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. work pressure is very high but top management always here to help you.

Worst of worst company. never ever want to work here. Never give reference. Over confident, NIl knowledge managment, Zero tolerance level.

Everything. Firm only focus on making social image of the partner and firm. they are not bothered about problems of staff employee. If they get to know any personal issues of any person, they start finding out way to demoralize him/her . They know how to take advance of one's problem.

I worked at an level of Deputy manager. worked on ploicy making and immediate management level. I was shocked to see the paralysed thinking of management.
