Job Description
- Designation: Operations / Facilities / Admin assistant / supervisor
- Job Location: South Delhi, New Delhi
- PQE: 3+ Years
- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Vendor handling and management
- Negotiating and Monitoring AMC for electronic device, AC, inverters ,EPABX Telephone, computers and photo copies etc.
- Event planning, implementation and management.
- Ensuring all compliances include ISO are met
- Tracking of Assets, PO, Agreement, Invoices etc.
- Forecasting the facility s upcoming needs and requirements
- Managing routine maintenance of all mechanical/electrical systems
- General office management including managing housekeeping, drivers, management of stationary and other assets.
- Ability to think out of box and bring creative, nonstandard, and innovative solutions to the table.
- Ensuring all compliance and ISO audits are met
- Planning for the future by forecasting the facility s upcoming needs and requirements
- Ability to lead the team and provide training to staff
- Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
