Facilities Management:

  • Manage and maintain office facilities, including building systems, equipment, and furniture.
  • Oversee routine maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage office space allocation and planning.
  • Oversee office movement and renovations.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.

IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Collaborate with regional IT SPOCs and ensure smooth operations
  • Implement and maintain office security systems and protocols, including access control and data security.

Local Procurement:

  • Manage the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
  • Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.

Office Operations:

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  • Manage administrative contractual staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Oversee mail and courier services.
  • Manage office communication systems, including internet connectivity.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.

Client and Visitor Management:

  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure that meeting spaces are properly prepared.
  • Provide assistance to clients and visitors as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Help in Ticket and hotel booking on need basis
