Everything Over hiring Always mean to you Never giving a sense of belonging to the firm They treat new joinees as outsiders Very bad behaviour in giving work HR is completely useless Stupid policies made all the time No honest review of your performance Everything here is bad, they play with your emotions

Legal intern can join and learn no scope for non legal person

Dislikes

List goes long Micro management No appraisal also with making you feel guilty that you are asking for it No work life balance i have seen people working coming 9 in the morning and going 9 in the evening as going on time is considered as going too early No other financial benefits They use a module IMS and make you do entry of everything Micromanagement at its peak no trust in their employees All they care about target I have heard from my senior that they will say that you will get variable if company crosses mark of target but always increasing the same so that its never achieved No WFH always monitoring you If you ask for wfh they make you get approval like a kid No hygiene of washrooms every now and the. Water clogging in washroom HR will always support the management. If you still want to join i just suggest you to take everything in writing, because policy are implemented overnight without a thought and HR will never back you up
