an analyst

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. SRS retail is a India top companies in FMCG retail but SRS group is not growth in my career environment is not good etc

I have 4 year work as a SRS no appraisal no salary increment I have expectation salary increment but not sufficient salary in this post so please kindly change in in other organisation

Work Details

Shift supervisor as a work team handling briefing inward outward and proper display in controller customer handling in case if you any problem in customer then I have treat the customer and resolve the solutions

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
