I like the hospital due to their patient care and responsibilities.. They give good respect, value and salary.. Nowadays, corona pandemic drastically, so they are giving best support to us.

Nothing, I would say that it's a better place to learn a job without any restrictions.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
