I worked in Rupantar program in SAS. No job security. Higher management domination there is no job safety for womens when they are in pregnancy time and in TN the Manager (2021 to till) plays with personal emotions and without knowing anything enter into personal life and make fire on it. I think they provide a good working culture with full faith on the employees.

job security is at zero as every year the cease the contract of employees and all employees have to wait for around 2-3 month every year for new contract. even during this period of time people don't get a single penny for livelihood.
