1. Provides you the good environment to learn and work. 2. Get your salary on time. 3. As it is an NGO you will have a sense for contributing to the society. 4. Work life balance is good.

1. They deduct salary for late comings. 2. Alternate Saturdays are working here. 3. Your continuity after march is clear, have a possibility of laying of depending upon the donation to the firm as it is a non-profitable unit (NGO)

Work culture. Boss have no manners, she is always shouting on her team. Policy is not good. For 2 min late 0.33 of one day salary deduct. Salary payment date ,They always hold 10 day salary. Job is no t secure, if doner leave then they will fired employees. No bonus, in medical policy, family not covered. Absconding rate is higher, people take salary and run due to policy.

There is no job security in the School. The new management is transforming the school by and have de affiliated it from CBSE board.

Each and every year you will update yourself. Management very friendly and strict to society policy.

Most of the time you need to forget your family and personal life. Sudden policy change will affect you and create unnecessary pressure.

The Worst Company ever, do not join here or they will fire you before the gratuity year is completed, they only care about bloody money. They have no intention of making education better. There is the only society that they care about is the Sri Aurobindo Society (Making more money). There is too much mental harassment.

Dislikes

Mental harassment, Work-Life balance, the worst HR head ever doesn't even know how to talk. Many of my colleagues were hired 2 or 3 months earlier, but they were fired on 31t March 2024. Just saying that we don't require your service anymore.
