Job security issue due to 1 year contract basis job, Second is Sri Aurobindo Society is an NGO working on CSR funding what it gets from different companies so most of time in starting of FY we have to take unpaid and unstable pause up to 3 to 4 months. It is terrific. Although this FY we are working continuously.

The are LITHI KNOWLEDGE CENTRE,GHAZIABAD U.P and only using the name of SRI AUROBINDO SOCIETY, PUDUCHERRY. NO ethics,culture,work philosophy. The main focus of training is moral,social and human values as well as empathy,but the head of the training lack the most. The training head is an Indian British..whose motto is DIVIDE THE TRAINERS ANS RULE THEM He is insisting the trainers to record the conversations between trainers and send him....who will do it the most...must be awarded. He made each and every trainer just a spy....no one believes anyone. These people are making fool to their employees,the teachers,the government officials,SRI AUROBINDO SOCIETY (Originalwala)and HDFC BANK. 2.They are running a programme called INNOVATIVE PATHSHALA, through which they are doing exibition of Tlm,s made by teachers and giving them false commitments and distributing INNOVATIVE TEACHERS CERTIFICATE to everyone,only to gather people and officials. They made hell to the life of their field trainers....after one month...2month in a location,it is must to transfer... No health policy,no leave policy Only one policy....i.e Buttering policy.
