They deduct salary for late coming only 2 minute. No job security. They fire you in 1 or 2 month. if donation is stop your service also stop. worst company ever dont join this company because top management is corrupt. Lots of manipulation from HR Department and HR Head is so egotistic(Ms.Arpita), She spoil your carrier just to secure her job. Best part is about work satisfaction and learning. If you want to learn something new and want to implement then sky is the limit. Top management is very helpful either on personal ground or professional. I am working here from last 2 years.

Nothing to dislike but as suggestion I can say if we can get all Saturday off till now only 2 Saturday is off.
