The Worst Company ever, do not join here or they will fire you before the gratuity year is completed, they only care about bloody money. They have no intention of making education better. There is the only society that they care about is the Sri Aurobindo Society (Making more money). There is too much mental harassment.

Dislikes

Mental harassment, Work-Life balance, the worst HR head ever doesn't even know how to talk. Many of my colleagues were hired 2 or 3 months earlier, but they were fired on 31t March 2024. Just saying that we don't require your service anymore.

They deduct salary for late coming only 2 minute. No job security. They fire you in 1 or 2 month. if donation is stop your service also stop. worst company ever dont join this company because top management is corrupt. Best part is about work satisfaction and learning. If you want to learn something new and want to implement then sky is the limit. Top management is very helpful either on personal ground or professional. I am working here from last 2 years.
