Culture in terms of employee centric policies is degrading every year as change in Top Management has worsened the working conditions of the employees. Leaves are very little and limited as compared to other companies in the chemical industry

All the employees are overloaded, Development is very less, latest systems are not using by the organisation, Expectation are very high and ground realities are not as per the expectation. Less chance for the skill development. Non technical employee stuck in this organisation due to low skill development and learning.

Senior management is worst they keeps distance from employees, their hierarchy policy is worst, JO like junior officer they treating like labours and they cannot avail the most of the facilities which all are available for others. Working hours policy is very strict even if you have punch out 1 minute before it will reflect in theirsoftware then at time of payroll closing you have regularise your request and sent it to manager for approval.
