1. No work life balance. It is considered normal and moreover praiseworthy that employees are working on weekends and even when they are on leaves. Work culture is very unethical, manager knowing that subordinates are on leaves and still scheduling meetings on those days and ordering the employee to join them. Even festivals like diwali are not spared. Getting incessant calls for very pettty issues from manager only shows how helpless and uninformed they become if any of their subordinate takes leave even for ONE DAY. 2. Lot of politics and favoritism. People on higher positions have almost zero technical knowledge, and they in turn favour boot-licking employees rather than employees with good knowledge. At present there is hardly anyone in the design department to whom freshers or less experienced employees can reach out for gaining technical knowledge. 3. Salary range and position offered not fixed. It is a very unbalanced and haywire situation in design department An employee with 5 years exp. And a freshers out from college (whom they call ELOs) are working on same post with same salaries, in some cases salary of freshers is higher than a person with higher experience. 4. HRs and even managers and HODs are not interested in retaining good employees. Recently there is a very high attrition rate in design department from a new vertical that has been recently created. The managers and hod are not interested in retaining employees who are resigning. Moreover they feel relaxed that old employees(worked for more than 5 years in SRF) have resigned as there will be no one to challenge their stupid working methods. On top that, HR is recruiting people with no relatable experience at lower salaries which makes it very difficult to work....Read More

No technical skills of uper management. Too much pressure on everybody to work. Unsafe plant, safety bypass, incident happening daily.

Senior management is worst they keeps distance from employees, their hierarchy policy is worst, JO like junior officer they treating like labours and they cannot avail the most of the facilities which all are available for others. Working hours policy is very strict even if you have punch out 1 minute before it will reflect in theirsoftware then at time of payroll closing you have regularise your request and sent it to manager for approval.
