Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Senior management is worst they keeps distance from employees, their hierarchy policy is worst, JO like junior officer they treating like labours and they cannot avail the most of the facilities which all are available for others. Working hours policy is very strict even if you have punch out 1 minute before it will reflect in theirsoftware then at time of payroll closing you have regularise your request and sent it to manager for approval.
