I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Fine. By working at SRCS (Legal) placed at East of Kailash, Delhi I had an opportunity gain confidence in my career to take the task of handing the all round legal matters indicidually. It was immencly helpful to get myself grow and out perform every one. Very encouraging senior advocate was Mr. Sanjeev Pathak. All depends upon theemployee's attitude. I mean that as an young growing advocate I have put a lot effort by devoting my time and energy up to the core for the development of myself and for the benefit of firm (SRCS Legal). Only if the lawyers go on with positive attitude we can develop ourself. But the salary is not to my satisfaction for the pressure of work we are engaged in the SRCS Legal....Read More
