There is nothing great about this company, we have to call on random data it's complete cold calling no systems or sims provided we have to call from our own sim card and it gets blocked most of the times

Iteration rate is extremely high due to bad and toxic culture. They ask us to work on week offs also Most of the government holidays not given No petrol allowance we have to travel on our own expenses all projects are located on the outskirts mostly very far No growth and false commitments related to incentives Nothing positive to work here

The worst working culture no work life balance pathetic upper management. Too much favouritism. Higher management being hired without any real estate background pathetic company to work with. The money used for company work like site visits traveling etc etc has to be paid from your pocket company doesnt reimburse a single penny.
