The pay scale and the amount of work doesn't do justice to an employee. The top management is just being lazy at doing scrutiny before selling any products. Very poor work life balance

The profile, KRA and actual work is all jumbled. You're not supposed to question the decisions of top management though you see them failing miserably at previous projects

1. Company is good as starting process for your corporate growth. 2. Good for freshers it's like internship in Real Estate as well as in Sales. 3. Growth opportunities are more but depand on your intend like how interesting you are towards your goal. 4. Salary comes on time. 5. Chances to get good appraisal and Incentives.

1. Politics is on high level. 2. Manager hire girls who is good looking for starting his relationship and they do help in sales like they give him a free sale of someone else and owner of that lead even don't comes to know what happens with their clients. 3. Manager says you will not follow companies rules all have to follow how I wanted you all to work. 4. Even after showing leave on portal managers gives the warning to come office else they exit us. 5. Managers hold the Incentives as well. 6. As an T0 in interview they told you to just get a visit done and managers will close that visit but at the end of manager fails and you are 0 sale till 3 months T3 removes you and send bad feedback about you in management and removes you just to save his manager. 7. If any doggy employee of manager is in danger like in PIP so manager gives him share on some another employees sale to save him, which is very bad first employee always gets demotivated. 8. Her job security is less for hard working guy but it's an government job opportunity for doggy type employee who always walk behind the manager at all become managers servant then you are safe. 9. Dislikes

No work life balance, great leaders but they don't understand personal matters of employees, recently the CEO had implemented new rules regarding week offs on Monday and Tuesday, but leaders ask you to come on week off, this working is without salary

There are no redeeming qualities of this company. The only good thing was, because they hire people like sheep, it was easy to escape this hell-hole.

I applied for an interior design job as a fresher(they had freshers' interior design opening). They took my interview and everything. The day of my joining, they tell me that because I am a fresher-they cannot give me the job of a designer and forced me to take up a sales job(where I am supposed to call random people from my mobile phone. On the first day itself, they made me call some 50 ppl from their "expensive" lead list(stolen data basically.). My PERSONAL phone number got reported as a spam(because my beautiful manager did not have the patience for us to arrange a new sim card for these malicious job). It was not only one designer who was forced to do such job-we were 13 of us in our team-team of civil engineers, interior designers and architects. Scam-this company runs on pure scam. Micro management by managers such as Ishant , Mohit and Shubhi . Employees are asked to leave " in and out " messages on WhatsApp for breaks and lunches . Being treated like we are in kindergarden . If you're late by 2 mins , you would be made fun of by other team members which Is actually encouraged by the Leaders such as Ishant ,Mohit . Moreover , if you're asked to work on a Sunday ( which Is the only day off ) , if you dare to speak against it , a meeting is organized ( a formal one ) to again trash you infront of everyone where you are literally called a servant ( Ishant did this ) . Working here seems like a suffocating experience . I wonder why people leave this place after every 2 months . They will hate you for bringing ideas , doing better . ( Management will ) . Trying to type keeping in mind the platforms community policies else these people deserve nothing less than curse words thrown at their face .
