Salary structure of this company is very much complicated and after that you won't be able to get any incentive from Squareyards after selling worth 1 crore property...oh god!!! What the ....... is going on

1. Company is good as starting process for your corporate growth. 2. Good for freshers it's like internship in Real Estate as well as in Sales. 3. Growth opportunities are more but depand on your intend like how interesting you are towards your goal. 4. Salary comes on time. 5. Chances to get good appraisal and Incentives.

Dislikes

1. Politics is on high level. 2. Manager hire girls who is good looking for starting his relationship and they do help in sales like they give him a free sale of someone else and owner of that lead even don't comes to know what happens with their clients. 3. Manager says you will not follow companies rules all have to follow how I wanted you all to work. 4. Even after showing leave on portal managers gives the warning to come office else they exit us. 5. Managers hold the Incentives as well. 6. As an T0 in interview they told you to just get a visit done and managers will close that visit but at the end of manager fails and you are 0 sale till 3 months T3 removes you and send bad feedback about you in management and removes you just to save his manager. 7. If any doggy employee of manager is in danger like in PIP so manager gives him share on some another employees sale to save him, which is very bad first employee always gets demotivated. 8. Her job security is less for hard working guy but it's an government job opportunity for doggy type employee who always walk behind the manager at all become managers servant then you are safe. 9. I like nothing abosolutely nothing about the company.

Dislikes

It was so bad That I had to leave just after a month. Payslip was also no shared. 10k deduction without any reason. Hr also don't know the reason.its been 5 months now I left it. The t3 level manager aniket used use slangs relating to mother father and used to call you what not. Complained to HR who was useless. And I left.Aaak thu.

As it was my first job and a very tough one it made me realise a lot of things, Ex: it’s not that easy to make money

Dislikes

Everything about the company was so toxic it’s still like a nightmare to me still. * You go 30mins late that’s a half day * You eat a Non veg meal and breakfast in their food court your 1/3 day salary gone * No one is leaving before a 10hr shift

They took my interview for BDM and place me in as investment manager (tele caller). All team leader are from byjus so they don't know shit about real estate and put pressure on employees, don't fall for their honey traps they told in start. Plus if you even complete target they expect you to stay late without OT pay i.e. 12 hrs shift.
